Rob is driven by his passion for people and has always placed great belief in the value of 'emotional intelligence' in bringing out the best in people. This has been echoed in his success as a CEO, senior manager, non-executive director and consultant and is due in no small part to his warm and engaging manner. His success has been reinforced by his passion for delivering high quality and effective services.

Working for many years, mainly within the health and social care sector, Rob has built a broad yet refined level of experience in delivering sustainable and value based solutions in challenging environments.

Rob now directs a team of experienced and qualified consultants within a boutique organisation offering operational auditing, process recommendation, change and procedural implementation and management, quality assurance, compliance, coaching and fund raising. His ethos is focused on getting your organisation from “Good to Great”.

Cath Errington has worked as a successful Fundraising Manager for over twenty years for small and medium charities and is presently a consultant. She has extensive experience of Local Authority tendering, Big Lottery funding, and a wide range of other trusts and foundations, for both revenue and capital projects.

Cath has proven experience of creating and implementing fundraising strategies to achieve maximum results with limited resources by improving techniques and return on investment. This also includes the enhancement of the overall brand of the charity to help develop new supporters and donors.

She is passionate about helping local charities to grow and develop their services in a sustainable manner while increasing their income and reducing overheads.

Cath is qualified with the Institute of Fundraising and adheres to their Code of Conduct for Best Practice in Fundraising.

John Kelly

John Kelly is a pioneering fundraiser across Europe, importing American methods and adapting them for international use. His professional working life has been spent within charity and not for profit sector. He enjoys advising smaller organisations in the UK as Director of MK Fundraising.

John has advised charities, social enterprises and voluntary organisations of many kinds. As an accomplished speaker he has entertained conference audiences in the UK and further afield on fundraising matters. He is a director of Books Beyond Words (a UK social enterprise), which produce books for people with learning disabilities, and has also held a 6 year office on the Council of the University of Sheffield.
