Rob Pearce

Managing Director

Rob is driven by his passion for people and has always placed great belief in the value of 'emotional intelligence' in bringing out the best in people. This has been echoed in his success as a CEO, senior manager, non-executive director and consultant and is due in no small part to his warm and engaging manner. His success has been reinforced by his passion for delivering high quality and effective services.

Working for many years, mainly within the health and social care sector, Rob has built a broad yet refined level of experience in delivering sustainable and value based solutions in challenging environments.

Rob now directs a team of experienced and qualified consultants within a boutique organisation offering operational auditing, process recommendation, change and procedural implementation and management, quality assurance, compliance, coaching and fund raising. His ethos is focused on getting your organisation from “Good to Great”.

Cath Errington

Associate Consultant

Cath Errington has worked as a successful Fundraising Manager for over twenty years for small and medium charities and is presently a consultant. She has extensive experience of Local Authority tendering, Big Lottery funding, and a wide range of other trusts and foundations, for both revenue and capital projects.

Cath has proven experience of creating and implementing fundraising strategies to achieve maximum results with limited resources by improving techniques and return on investment. This also includes the enhancement of the overall brand of the charity to help develop new supporters and donors.

She is passionate about helping local charities to grow and develop their services in a sustainable manner while increasing their income and reducing overheads.

Cath is qualified with the Institute of Fundraising and adheres to their Code of Conduct for Best Practice in Fundraising.

David Hoey

Associate Consultant

David has over fifteen years business improvement and management experience in operations, project management, purchasing, sales and HR, the last six years of which he was a Director of a high growth, privately-owned business.

Using his cross-functional knowledge and expertise David delivers improvements in consistency, efficiency and service whilst developing resilience across an organisation’s teams. David’s sector experience includes services, logistics, manufacturing and not-for-profits.

David’s approach to business and life is to promote responsibility, purpose, values, mutual respect, understanding, creativity and continual improvement.

Clare Walkeden

Associate Consultant

Clare Walkeden has worked in Marketing and Communications for over twenty years, in-house and freelance, with charities, sport’s governing bodies, live events and large-scale re-brand projects; a backdrop that has consolidated that everything starts and ends with communication.

Clare is also a qualified developmental Coach who uses a blended, not “one size fits all”, approach. Working with organisational managers and lone leaders, acting as a sounding board and support along with raising awareness of what wellbeing really looks and feels like for individuals, in life and business.

As a consultant Clare has the expertise to help you understand, build and implement your communications and marketing. As a coach, Clare listens first, to help you identify, communicate and navigate your challenges.

Clare is also passionate about getting people outdoors and in nature, for enhanced creativity, clarity and connection.

Dr Claire Mould

Associate Consultant

Claire has over thirty years’ experience of working in and with the public, private, and charitable sector. Having spent the last ten years working as a CEO in the charitable sector she now runs a company that supports organisations to identify and embed strategic solutions, focusing on the integral importance of policy, process, and practice. Underpinned by emotionally intelligent leadership and organisational growth.


Claire’s post-doctoral studies on neurology- specifically the link between emotional intelligence and cognitive intelligence have informed her work. She has had several research papers and books published exploring theories of development and learning and effective leadership and management strategies, and has written, presented, and worked at a national, European, and international level.


Underpinning Claire’s career has been her passion to work with individuals and organisations to facilitate their growth potential in an accessible, non – threatening, compassionate yet strategic way. She has an expertise in providing highly strategic, analytical, emotionally intelligent solutions that engender, inform, facilitate and embed individual and organisational growth. Actualising greatness through clarity, coherence, connectivity, communication and compassion.
